All classes are curated to align with the developmental level of attendees. Projects may include the design, building, and programming of a robot that can drive itself. After designing and building, we can also ask our robot to use a color sensor to detect and follow lines. We may build a gear model to help us understand the basics of gears and use this knowledge to build a motorized vehicle. This motorized vehicle can then helps us to investigate how gear ratios can be adjusted to alter the torque and speed, to then ask our creation to move up the steepest incline possible.
Classes are one day a week for four weeks.
